House Bill 2840 - Public Comments at Posted Board Meetings
On September 1, 2019 House Bill 2840 went into effect. This provides the opportunity for public comment at every posted meeting of the board of trustees including workshops, special meetings, etc. In accordance with the provisions of House Bill 2840 regarding public comment, comments must pertain to items posted on the agenda. If you have information you would like the board to be aware of that is not on the agenda, you may contact them directly. Their contact information can be found here.

Criminal Trespass Information
Sec. 37.105. UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS: REFUSAL OF ENTRY, EJECTION, IDENTIFICATION. (a) A school administrator, school resource officer, or school district peace officer of a school district may refuse to allow a person to enter on or may eject a person from property under the district's control if the person refuses to leave peaceably on request. Evacuation Statement for Mobility Impaired/Disabled Persons
We recognize the importance of evacuating people from our buildings in an emergency. We have provisioned the use of Evac Chair’s (where appropriate) for safe egress of mobility impaired/disabled persons as per our evacuation planning.

Pflugerville ISD to Dispose of Outdated Files
Pflugerville Independent School District will destroy outdated special education records of students who have not received services from PfISD since December 2012. The records are scheduled to be destroyed April 13, 2018. Parents or former students who wish to keep their records should contact the Special Education Department at (512) 594-0160 before April 2, 2018.
