                        Thanks for a great 5th Six Weeks !

For those of you who have young ones joining us next year for Kindergarten (5 years old by Sept. 1st of the year of enrollment), we will have Kindergarten Round-Up next Tuesday, April 22nd, at 6:30PM. Packets are available early but will not be processed till the night of the 22nd. You will need to provide the following documents at registration:

-Proof of Residence

-Photo ID of Person Enrolling the student
-Birth Certificate of the Student
-Current Immunization Record

Copies can be made at registration but having copies ready before hand will speed up the process. Next available registration dates are August 5th, 6th, and 7th when we have New Student Registration.

TRANSFERS

If you have a student here at Brookhollow on a transfer basis, now is the time to complete a transfer form.  You can find the form on the Pflugerville ISD website.  Go to schools link first then transfer link.  Click on PISD transfer form.  You need to complete form and take the form to your home campus.  After a signature is obtained from the home campus principal, the form will be sent to Brookhollow for Mr. Riley to sign and then forwarded to Administration for final approval.  You will get a form letter from Administration thereafter informing you that the transfer has been approved for the 08-09 school year.

TRAFFIC REMINDERS!

Please be patient with us as we get everyone organized into some good routines for both morning and afternoon. 

Our Safety Patrol will be out soon to help keep everyone organized.  For now, we will be safe if everyone will observe the following:

• Please use a very slow speed in our parking lots and be patient.  Things will go faster when everyone knows the routines.
• Please release your children from the car only along the curb, and from the passenger side of the car.  Do not dismiss from the other lanes of the parking lot.
• Please do not leave your car in the traffic line, which is also a fire lane.  If you need to enter the building, please park in parking space.

Thanks for your help!  With extra care and attention, our morning and afternoon routines should be safe and efficient.
