All of the information that we will need in order to register your child for the camp is listed below.

Follow the simple, easy to read instructions and your child will be enrolled. You must have an email

account. Our process works with any email service...ex. yahoo mail, G-mail, Outlook and all others.

Has my permission to participate in the Cougar Hoops Basketball camp. I authorize the staff of the camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby waive and release Pflugerville ISD and/or its employees as well as camp staff from liability for injury. I know of no mental or physical problem which may affect my child’s ability to participate in the camp.  I further certify that the above-mentioned participant has medical insurance in case of emergency.

Step 1: Open Your email account.
Step 2: Click to create a new email message.
Step 3: Minimize your email software.

Step 4: Copy all of the information in the box labeled 'COPY AND PASTE REGISTRATION FORM'.
Step 5: Click to Maximize your email software. Open the new message that you created earlier in step 2.

Step 6: Paste the information that you copied from the 'COPY AND PASTE REGISTRATION FORM' in step 4 into your new email message.

Step 7: Fill in all of the information that the form calls for...ex. name, address, age, school . Fill in your first and last name after the comment that asks for parent signature. This will signify your acceptance and certification of the camp waiver.

Once we receive your registration, we will notify you by email of your child's confirmation for this years camp.
