U.I.L. Academic Team

The Academic Team is a group of students and coaches who compete in events that match their best academic talents.  Coaches of the events recruit kids who show remarkable skill in a specific area and invite them to a tournament to match their skills against the brightest kids from other schools in the area and earn individual medals.  The scores of all the events combine to earn a "sweepstakes" award for our school.
