HPES had Field Day on 5-30.
Here are some of the fun activities we all enjoyed.
By the size of the crowd, there is no doubt our
1st Annual Diversity Fair was a huge success.
Teachers dressed in costume for the night...
As did some of our HPES families....
As well as students.
Display tables were set out along the hallways representing many countries.
Many tables gave samples of food from the country they represented.
The Texas Dragon/Lion Dance Team performed.
Ms Munoz our 2nd Grade teacher with the help of Mr T our Kinder
teacher, demonstrated Karate by breaking boards in half.
Mrs. Bailey put together a team of students to perform
an African American Step Show.
Mrs Carrera's daughter Jaqui performed Ballet Folklorico.
