After you have printed and completed the form, give the to Counselors' Receptionist along with the appropriate payment. Transcripts are available to be picked up 48 hours after being submitted.

Request for Letter of Recommendation

If you have never requested a letter of recommendation, plan accordingly. NO requests for initial (first time) letters of recommendation from a counselor will be accepted after April 30. The high volume of requests and demands on counselors at the end of the academic year do not allow us to accept these requests after that date.

REMEMBER, a Letter of Recommendation Student Information Sheet must be completed in its entirety and be on file with the counselor or your request will be returned.

There is a current turnaround time of 2.5-weeks from receipt of your completed information sheet and request.
Requests for letters of recommendation must be for a specific scholarship or school (that requires one) or they will not be honored. \
