Duke Talent Search

Congratulations to Chase Van de Geijn, Luke Proctor, Joseph Bermea, and Madeline Study (not pictured). These students will be honored at the Sept 16th PISD Board of Trustees meeting for their outstanding accomplishment on the Duke Talent Search - SAT/ACT testing. WAY to Go, Panthers!

NEWS TO KNOW:

Schedule Changes:

  • ANY schedule change request must be addressed through the counselors.
  • Schedule changes will not be made after the second week of class without administrative approval.
  • Pre-AP schedule change requests: Student and or parent(s) must consult with the teacher and have a signed notice from teacher granting student permission to drop the course, in which case the student will be moved to a regular version of the class if one exists and there is space available.
  • Students may be moved out of a Pre-AP class anytime during the first 6 weeks. After that, students or parent initiated moves are not allowed per district policy. Student may be moved only at the discrestion of the principal after this time period.
