2011 - 2012 Yearbooks are here!

Students who pre-ordered their yearbooks will receive them on Monday, May 14th during lunches in the cafeteria.

Students who want to purchase a yearbook may do so starting on Tuesday, May 15th for $40 Cash ONLY.  Yearbooks will be on sale until we run out.

Students can go to Room A104 BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL – not during the school day – to purchase yearbooks.

Parents can purchase yearbooks in the front office throughout the school day.

Yearbook Rules

Students should not have yearbooks out unless given specific permission by teacher.

Students are not allowed to use Sharpie/Permanent markers at school and therefore should not use them to sign yearbooks.

Students’ names will be written in their books when they are purchased. 

Students should not leave yearbooks out – keep them in a backpack.

To prevent theft, it is up to the student to monitor who has his/her book.

The school cannot be responsible for stolen/lost yearbooks.

SUMMER SCHOOL NOW!

  • What is it? Summer School NOW is an opportunity for a student who fails a class during the nine weeks to earn credit recovery by paying $30 and attending 3 Saturday classes @ Dessau Middle School..

  • Who is eligible? The Assistant Principals/Counselors will contact eligible students over the phone and through a form that MUST be signed and returned w/Cash or Money Order only.
  • Are there scholarships? No. There are no scholarship opportunities.
  • What if my child cannot make all 3 Saturday sessions? A student MUST attend ALL 3 Saturday sessions and complete all work; in addition to having good behavior while there in order to be considered for credit recovery.
  • What if I did not pay/return form..may I just drop off my child? NO. A student MUST be pre-paid and pre-registered with their home campus. Do NOT drop off a student who has not been enrolled.
  • What are the dates? June 4, 5, 6
