Schedule Changes:
- ANY schedule change request must be addressed through the counselors.
- Schedule changes will not be made after the second week of class without administrative approval.
- Pre-AP schedule change requests: Student and or parent(s) must consult with the teacher and have a signed notice from teacher granting student permission to drop the course, in which case the student will be moved to a regular version of the class if one exists and there is space available.
- Students may be moved out of a Pre-AP class anytime during the first 6 weeks. After that, students or parent initiated moves are not allowed per district policy. Student may be moved only at the discrestion of the principal after this time period.

Walk-In Therapy Services- Austin Child Guidance Center:
Walk-in therapy for children, up to age 17, and their family members, is available two times per week: Tuesdays from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, and Fridays, from 3:00 PM-4:00 PM. Services are available on a sliding fee scale (no insurance). This service is open to current clients as well as those children and families in the community who have been unable to access traditional, ongoing therapy due to waiting lists.
Parent consultation is offered to parents who are concerned about their child’s behavior and seek advice or direction. For training purposes, sessions may be observed by ACGC therapists and staff.
