We STRONGLY urge parents to take their children to the Pflugerville Community Library.  Located at Pecan and 10th Streets, it is within easy walking distance of our school.  There are many fun, FREE activities and most of all, we want to keep our students reading for pleasure.  I hope to see you there!

We have also teamed up with Microsoft and Scholastic books with a program called Search and Give.

This is a search engine. All you need to do is sign up on the website www.searchandgive.com. Choose Timmerman Elementary as your charity of choice and each time you want to search the internet, use this website. Microsoft will donate "tickets" which translates into money for the school. (There is a maximum of 10 tickets to be earned by each person each day.) Anyone can sign up and can search the web just like any other search engine. Look for the flyer in your child's folder for more information. You can also contact Sherrie Rose at ssrose@sbcglobal.net with any questions.

Accelerated Reader

Parents may request to have an Accelerated Reader account set up so that they can check their students' testing and scores at home. Students cannot test from home, but parents can see what their child is testing on and how they are doing. To make this request, email the librarian: kathe.leblanc@pflugervilleisd.net

Tumble Books

Many parents and students have requested access to Tumble Books. Students may use the Tumble Books Library at home.  To access the website please visit www.tumblebooks.com/library . The username is "timmerman" and the password is "books".
