Student Enrollment for 2009-2010
In preparation for the 2009-10 school year, Pflugerville ISD is conducting a District-wide spring student registration. Student Information Verification forms, which include information such as home address and telephone numbers, went home with students with report cards from the fifth six-week grading period.
Student Information Verification forms along with a copy of proof of residency must be returned to the home campus by May 15.
Students who do not return the Student Information Verification form and a copy of proof of residency will not be assigned to classes for the 2009-10 school year.
Please read and follow the instructions below to register your child for the 2009-10 school year:
Student Information Verification:
- Please review the registration form provided, make any needed corrections on the form and complete any missing information.
- Indicate if your child is returning to their current home campus, moving to another campus in PISD or moving outside of PISD.
- *Sign and date the form.
- Return the form to your home campus on or before May 15.
Residency Verification:
- Please provide a copy of one of the following items that matches the address on the Student Information Verification form:
- A current (within 30 days of registration) utility bill (water, sewer, gas, or electricity) indicating the address and the adult's name (telephone and cell phone bills are not permitted)
- A current lease agreement
- The most recent tax receipt indicating home ownership
- A recently paid rent receipt
- If you do not wish to provide a copy of proof of residency, you may bring an original proof of residency to the campus during school hours so it may be viewed and verified by office staff.
If your family has a special circumstance, such as a student living with someone other than a parent or guardian, a student whose family lives outside the District but receives a large amount of after-school care from a grandparent who lives in PISD boundaries, or your family lives with another family, please contact the Office of Policy and Procedures (512-594-0085). They will provide you with enrollment information.

 *By signing the documents you are affirming that the information provided is correct and accurate. A person who knowingly falsifies information on a form required for a student's enrollment in the District shall be liable to the District for tuition or other costs, as provided in education Code 25.001(h), if the student is not eligible for enrollment but is enrolled on the basis of false information. In addition, presenting false information or false records is a criminal offense under Penal code 37.10.Â
