Teacher Job Fair

To be eligible to participate in the PISD Job Fair, please:

1. Submit your ‘certified’ application online in advance of the job fair.
2. You must possess a valid teacher’s certificate (in Texas or elsewhere) or will have one by August 2008.  If not currently certified, bring a copy of Texas certification exam scores or you must provide transcripts demonstrating you have 24 semester hours in your desired subject area.
3. Bring proof of your certification, copies of your transcript, and copies of your resume for distribution.

In addition:

ACP participants may bring a letter from the Alternative Certification Program showing proof of participation.

Student teachers must bring a college letter of anticipated completion or an updated transcript showing enrollment in student teaching.
