Pflugerville ISD residents will decide in November whether or not to pass a $125 million bond package approved by the board of trustees at a regularly scheduled meeting in August. At that meeting, the board also approved the district’s request to retire $5 million in debt from a previous bond that will save the district $2 million in interest.

Forbes Magazine recently named Pflugerville the 23rd fastest-growing community in America.

The Pflugerville Independent School District says they gain around 1,000 new students each year.

Superintendent Charles Dupre says the community can't stop growing. There are currently three high schools, five middle schools and 17 elementary schools.

needs that were presented by the administration and the administration recommended the bond package to the PISD Board of Trustees

Citizens put in their two cents on upcoming school bond election

It's your tax dollars, your schools, and your children and for the lirst time the Pflugerville Independent School District has asked for your help. Last fall PISD created the Citizen's Bond Committee in order to assist in the next bond proposal.
