Budget and Compensation Committee Meeting Recaps

The Budget and Compensation Committee (BCC) met for the third time February 10 and discussed potential staffing reductions. The group reviewed both district-level and campus-level positions under consideration for reduction. The BCC was asked to generate ideas about other possible staff reductions based on their personal observations as well as on feedback from colleagues.
The BCC also provided feedback on potential opportunities to increase revenue, and to discuss the pros and cons of items already on the list. All files are in PDF format.

The committee's next meeting is scheduled for February 24. The group will review data from an upcoming staff survey and further explore and prioritize items on the budget reduction list.
