Year-at-a-Glance - Overview of the year listing the title, big Ideas/enduring understandings/guiding questions and assessment dates for each bundle. This provides teachers with a global view of their year to assist with planning and can help students organize their interactive notebooks.

Standards-at-a-Glance - A chart listing the standards by content area identifying readiness and supporting standards and the bundles in which each of the SE's is addressed. These documents assist teachers in addressing mastery expectations and re-teaching opportunities.

TEKS Introduction - The introductory paragraphs from the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for each grade and course.

Vertical Alignment - An outline of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) as they are taught across the grade levels, including specific content standards for each grade. This helps guide teachers' understanding of the depth and complexity at which an SE should be addressed at each grade level.

Assurance Words - A list of academic terms associated with the instructional content by grade level in the language that will be used on high stakes assessments. Teachers should use these words frequently at all stages of instruction to ensure that students master them by the end of the assigned grade level.

Curriculum Bundle - Strategic grouping of the TEKS into 3-weeks units of study that identify which are Readiness and Supporting standards. In addition, these documents include a genre or skill focus, big ideas and enduring understandings, assurance words, assessment samples/question stems, and recommended resources.
