All PISD students are outstanding citizens who can make quality decisions based on past experiences, present realities, and future needs.

To insure that students:

• Understand our nation’s, state’s and community’s past experiences
• Can evaluate the value or harm of present realities
• Can explain how each person's behavior choices affect everyone
• Can use these understandings to foresee future needs
• Can make quality decisions for the common good
