Accountability Services

Pflugerville ISD is committed to using data from norm-referenced tests, statewide criterion-referenced tests, commercially and locally designed curriculum-based assessments (CBAs) in order to measure and assess student learning and programs. Accountability Services is responsible for all analysis and reporting of student, school, district, and state test results.

The goals for Accountability Services are the following:

To provide reliable and comprehensive student data in an easy to use format located in a centralized location.
To provide training and assistance in the analysis and reporting of student, school, district, and state test results.
To collaborate with educators and the community in understanding the use of student performance data for school improvement.
To serve as a catalyst to impact student achievement and opportunities through collaboration and positive action for all PISD students.
To help ensure that all PISD schools meet State and Federal accountability requirements.
To compile and communicate accurate and useful data for informed programmatic decisions.
To assist in external and internal benchmarking.
To make data a positive tool for improvement efforts
