Distinguished Achievement Program (DAP)

The Distinguished Achievement Program recognizes students in the Pflugerville Independent School district who:

• Demonstrate levels of performance equivalent to college students or
• Demonstrate work done by professionals in the arts, sciences, business, industry, or community service
  

The Distinguished Achievement program requires students to:

• Complete the graduation requirements for the Recommended Graduation Plan, and
  
• Complete a level III foreign language, and
  
• Complete a total of four advanced measures from at least two different categories
• Original Research/Project, and/or
• Test Data, and/or
• College Courses

Student performance will be assessed through an external review process as described for each advanced measure.   DAP students will be recognized at graduation as:

• DAP Graduates – those students having completed all measures prior to graduation
• DAP Candidates – those students awaiting test score reports but having completed all other measures
