College and Career Readiness

The world of work has changed dramatically over the past forty years. Students will enter a global workplace that is highly technical. Students will encounter global competition for jobs and will embrace multiple changes in occupations during their working years. Students will need to have a good understanding of the world of work as it relates to their own career development, personal growth, and informed decision making.

While in school, students will be preparing for their future life work, and also will be preparing for their career paths in a manner that will bring relevance and opportunities for applied learning within their education plans. Students have the opportunity to use the tools provided to assist them with their "Individual Planning" to reach their goals.
