Student Accident and Voluntary Insurance Information

Pflugerville Independent School District provides accident coverage for the district's students while practicing for, or participating in, UIL sanctioned activities. If you have a student that has been injured, please complete the claim form below. Pflugerville Independent School District recognizes the need for low cost accident and health insurance alternatives for parents with school aged children. As a result, the district's. Board of Trustees has contracted with Texas Monarch Mangement and United Healthcare to make low cost health and accident insurance options available to district parents. Below you will find a brochure and an enrollment form that contains information regarding health and accident insurance options currently available to district parents.
