Inhalers, Epi Pens, and daily medications should be brought to the Clinic with a medication administration form. Please note that it is PFISD policy that all medication be brought to school and picked up from school by a Parent or Guardian. Students are not allowed to transport any medications. Please click on "Health Forms" under the "Nurse Menu" on the upper left area of this web page and you will be able to print all medication forms or you may pick forms up in the clinic.
