Can I bring flowers, balloons, etc. for my student's birthday or for holidays? Flowers, balloons, etc. are to remain in the front office until the end of the school day. How do I go about requesting homework when my child is absent? Call the school office and request homework only if student has been absent for more than one day. Homework will be ready for pickup 24 hours from the day it was requested. What do I do if my child has a doctor’s appointment before school that will cause them to be tardy? Make sure you get a doctor's note so your child can be excused. What do I do if my child has a doctor’s appointment during the school day? Parents/guardian must go to the office and sign student out of school. The office will then call for the student to come to the office prepared to leave for the day. How can I find out if my child has homework? Teachers may use one or more of the following methods to let you know about homework. Please have your child find out which one his or her teacher uses:

If you would like to visit with a teacher during his/her conference period it is best to contact them ahead of time to set up an appointment. Who can have lunch with students?
